How to Project - Project V

find the track
take out your shoes
make sure your shoes are good
put other shoes back in bag
make sure shoes are in a safe place
tie your left shoe
tie your right shoe
double knot
stretch; do flamingos
switch legs
stretch out your legs
adjust hurdles
stretch out your calf
stretch
calf stretches
curl ups
lunges
polywoods
take out timer
set the timer
put timer down in a safe place
stretch more so you dont cramp up
make sure shoelaces are double knotted
last minute lunges
strides
about 8 strides
get ready
start running
dont stop running
jump the hurdles
make sure to practice
adjust hurdles
get the time for your race
finish race
leg swings for cooldown
more cooldown stretching
get your stuff
walk up ramp
wave goodbye to track
get water, go home
