NPR Photography - Extra Credit

This NPR project is about two men who committed homicide to a 14 year old named Bobby Franks. The two men confessed to the police that the other had done it, but they did not themselves admit to being part of the crime, thus mutually sentencing each other to a life in prison for both 1) being part of a crime and 2) murder. The narrator spoke about how the two men are both Chicago-born and college educated, and are communicating with each other on a physical level with their distressing eyes and concerned facial expressions because they both knew that they had given the other away, but did not know they had betrayed each other. It's a subtle picture about the emotions that one can express using your facial expression. One of these two men was killed in prison and another man was released with parole for life when he was 54.
